Why was I forced to pay again on site?

Additional fees are collected on-site for a few reasons. These include, but are not limited to, paying for an "oversized" vehicle, shuttle service, or for violating the time-frame on your parking pass.

 

If you believe you were wrongfully charged an additional on-site fee, please go to go.parkwhiz.com/refund and fill out the form within 14 days of the end of your reservation. Be sure to include as many details as possible (your parking pass number, how much you were charged onsite, etc.)
