Why was I forced to pay again on site?

Additional fees are collected on-site for a few reasons. These include, but are not limited to, paying for an "oversized" vehicle, shuttle service, or for violating the time-frame on your parking pass.

 

If you believe you were wrongfully charged an additional on-site fee, please contact us at help@parkwhiz.com including a photo of the receipt of your on-site payment; this will help us expedite a resolution for you.


Please contact our Support Team within 14 days of the end of your reservation. We will address the issue as soon as possible!
