"Your booking could not be completed" Why did I receive this message?

It is likely you are seeing this error message due to a typo in one of your payment fields. Try again following the steps below to confirm you've got everything correct.

  • Verify the payment information you entered is correct.  Make sure the first and last name entered matches the name that is on your card exactly.  
  • Confirm that the card number, expiration date, and CVV (that 3 digit number on the back, or 4 digit number on the front for AMEX) are all accurate.  
  • Finally, confirm that the postal code entered is the same as the billing address of your credit card.
