What's the cancellation policy?

All parking passes are eligible for a full refund prior to the start time on the pass, except where noted otherwise on the bottom of your parking pass. If the parking pass is not eligible for cancellation, it will state “No Cancellation.” You can also see cancellation restrictions at the time of booking just below the "Complete Payment" button. Parking purchased on a partner website or as part of a parking package is non-refundable.
