What's the cancellation policy?

All parking passes are eligible for a full refund prior to the start time on the pass, except where noted otherwise on the bottom of your parking pass. If the parking pass is not eligible for cancellation, it will state “No Cancellation.” You can also see cancellation restrictions at the time of booking just below the Complete Payment button. Parking purchased on a partner website or as part of a parking package are non-refundable. 

There are a variety of ways to cancel an upcoming parking pass. If these options are not available then your pass is no longer cancellable.

In app:

Option 1: Log in, tap my passes on the bar at the bottom of your screen, tap the cancel option on a pass under the “Upcoming Bookings” section. 

Option 2: Log in, tap my passes on the bar at the bottom of your screen, tap the parking pass, scroll to the bottom of your pass, tap cancel booking under the “More” section.

On website:

Option 1: Log in, click My Passes in the upper right of the webpage, click cancel on the parking pass under “Your Space is Waiting”.

Option 2: Log in,  click My Passes in the upper right of the webpage, click the green “Parking Pass” button, scroll to the bottom of your parking pass and click “Anytime Cancellation: Cancel this booking for free up until the start time”. Once on the cancellation confirmation page click cancel booking. 

Via your parking confirmation email:

Go to your email inbox where the parking pass confirmation was sent. Click the “Parking Confirmed” email, click View Pass in App, scroll to the bottom of your parking pass and click the cancel option. Once on the cancellation confirmation page click cancel booking.

Once your cancellation is complete you will receive an email confirmation titled “Your booking is canceled” alerting you to your cancellation completion and refund.
