There are a variety of ways to cancel an upcoming parking pass. If the cancel option is unavailable, your pass is no longer cancellable. For more information, you can check our Cancellation Policy and Terms of Use for Motorists.
You may cancel:
In the ParkWhiz App:
Option 1: Log in, tap MY PARKING on the bar at the bottom of your screen, then tap the CANCEL button on the pass under the “Upcoming Bookings” section.
Option 2: Log in, tap MY PARKING on the bar at the bottom of your screen, tap VIEW PASS, scroll to the bottom of your pass, then tap “Cancel this booking” under the “More” section.
On the website:
Option 1: Log in, click MY PASSES in the upper right of the webpage, and click cancel on the parking pass under “Your Space is Waiting”.
Option 2: Log in, click MY PASSES in the upper right of the webpage, click the green “PARKING PASS” button, scroll to the bottom of your parking pass and click “Anytime Cancellation: Cancel this booking for free up until the start time”. Once on the cancellation confirmation page click cancel booking.
Via the ParkWhiz confirmation email:
Go to your email inbox where the parking pass confirmation was sent. Click the “Parking Confirmed!” email, click “VIEW PASS IN APP” or “View pass on ParkWhiz.com”, scroll to the bottom of your parking pass, and click the cancel option. Once on the cancellation confirmation page click cancel booking.
Clicking VIEW PASS IN APP will take you to the ParkWhiz app and you can simply follow Option 1 in the In App instructions listed above.
Clicking the link: View pass on ParkWhiz.com will take you to the ParkWhiz website and you can follow the website cancellation instructions listed above (On the website).
Once your cancellation is complete you will receive an email confirmation titled "Your booking is cancelled" alerting you to your cancellation completion and refund.
And you’re done! Whether you are on the app, the ParkWhiz website, or viewing your pass via the confirmation email in your inbox, it would only take a few seconds to cancel your pass for a full refund.
Kindly allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your end.
