There are a variety of ways to cancel an upcoming parking pass. If the cancel option is unavailable, your pass is no longer cancellable. For more information, you can check our Cancellation Policy and Terms of Use for Motorists.
You may cancel:
In the ParkWhiz App:
To cancel a parking pass in the ParkWhiz app, start by logging in, then tap My Parking on the bar at the bottom of your screen. Now tap the Cancel button on the pass under the Upcoming Booking section and then confirm by tapping cancel reservation.
Alternatively, you can tap view pass, then scroll to the bottom of the pass page and tap cancel this booking.
On the website:
To cancel a parking pass on the ParkWhiz website on your computer, start by logging into www.parkwhiz.com and then clicking My Passes. Next, click on the Cancel button on the pass. On the next screen, confirm by clicking the cancel booking button.
You can also cancel the pass by clicking the parking pass button to view the pass, then scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking anytime cancellation. Cancel this booking for free up until the start time.
On the next page, confirm the cancellation by clicking the cancel booking button.
Via the ParkWhiz confirmation email:
To cancel a parking pass from the confirmation email, start by tapping view pass on www.parkwhiz.com from the confirmation email. This will open the pass on the Park Wiz website on your web browser. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap anytime cancellation. Cancel this booking for free up until the start time.
On the next page, confirm the cancellation by tapping the cancel booking button. Your booking has now been canceled, and you will receive an email confirmation at the email address on file.
Whether you are on the app, the ParkWhiz website, or viewing your pass via the confirmation email in your inbox, it only takes a few seconds to cancel your pass for a full refund.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your end.
