There’s a lot of helpful information on your parking pass so you should always be sure to read it prior to parking. Even if you used ParkWhiz before, it’s recommended to read the When You Arrive section since not all locations operate the same way.
Your parking pass contains the following:
- Address and Name of the parking facility.
- Reservation start and end time - Parking outside of this timeframe might incur additional charges or the possibility of your vehicle being towed, ticketed, or booted
- Scan code/License Plate field - Depending on the validation requirements of the location you reserved (see When You Arrive section), you will see either a scan code or license plate field. You will also see buttons to Transfer Pass and Get Directions
- When You Arrive - Here you’ll find directions on how to use your parking pass
- Know Before You Go - Important information regarding your parking reservation
- How To Find It - This section provides details to help you find your parking destination. You’ll also find pictures of your reserved parking facility to help you identify the correct location.
- Amenities - Amenities provided at your parking destination
- More - Here you can contact ParkWhiz or Cancel your booking
