You can access your parking pass from the app or website as long as you're signed in under the same email you booked with. You’ll need to reset your password if you never set up a password. You can click here, then click "forgot password".
In the app: tap on the "My Parking" section at the bottom to view all upcoming & past purchases.
On the web: click on the "My Passes" section at the top of the page to view all upcoming & past purchases.
If you don't see your pass, double-check that the email you've signed with matches the one you used to make the purchase. If you are using the app, another troubleshooting step is to close and reopen it.
If you purchased through Ticketmaster, your pass will be emailed to you at the time of purchase. Please be sure to check your Spam folder as well! You can also access your parking pass from the ParkWhiz app or website by following the steps above and signing in under the same email you booked with on Ticketmaster.
If you booked using Apple Pay, and signed in using Apple sign in, confirm you are signed in with the email address you booked with and not the @privaterelay.appleid.com email address. If you would like to Apple sign in with your preferred email address, click here.
