Where can I find my parking pass?

You can view your parking pass in three ways:

• The ParkWhiz App

• Your Confirmation Email

• The ParkWhiz Website

To access your pass on our app or website, simply log in using the same email address you used to book and follow the steps below.

First time logging in? If you've never set a password, click here and select "Forgot Password" to create one.

If you booked using Apple Pay, and signed in using Apple sign in, confirm you are signed in with the email address you booked with and not the @privaterelay.appleid.com email address. If you would like to Apple sign in with your preferred email address, click here.

If you purchased through Ticketmaster, your pass will be emailed to you at the time of purchase. Please be sure to check your Spam folder as well! You can also access your parking pass from the ParkWhiz app or website by following the steps above and signing in under the same email you booked with on Ticketmaster.

If you purchased through Groupon, you will need to login to your Groupon account and click View Voucher to access and view the parking pass.
