How do I book a monthly pass?

Booking a monthly pass through ParkWhiz is easy! Just go to www.parkwhiz.com and click on the “Monthly” Tab above the Search bar then type in the address where you are looking for parking. 

This will bring up all the available locations where we offer monthly parking through ParkWhiz. You can see the different prices and where they are located on Google Maps in relation to the address you entered. 

If you want to see more details about a particular location, click on the green Book Here button to see information about monthly parking at that location. 

Can I book a monthly pass in the app? 

Monthly parking isn’t available through the app. You must visit www.parkwhiz.com on your computer or mobile device to book a monthly pass. 

How do I renew parking after the first month? 

For most locations, ParkWhiz only handles the first month of parking. Each subsequent month is paid to the location directly. There are a few exceptions where ParkWhiz handles monthly parking each month. Some locations also require you to enroll in auto-renewal. 

Are there any additional fees for monthly passes? 

In some cases, yes! But these would usually be paid directly to the location, not to ParkWhiz. Some additional fees may include a one-time registration fee or a fee for a transponder or hang tag. These will usually be listed on the monthly details page when you click “Book Now.”

I need to change the start date for my monthly pass! 

We can help you with that! Ensure the start date has not elapsed and let our support team the new date you would like to start using your monthly pass. Be sure to provide the parking pass number! 

What if I lose my monthly hang tag or access card? 

Reach out to the location for a replacement. Let us know if you need the location’s phone number. 

Am I locked into a monthly agreement? 

While some locations may require a three-month commitment, most monthly passes are month-to-month. If your monthly parking is on auto-renewal, contact us or the location directly to cancel the auto-payments.
