I cannot find my Ticketmaster parking pass.

When you purchase a parking pass through Ticketmaster as an add-on to your event tickets, you should get an email to the email address you provided when checking out. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders because sometimes they might go there. 


If it’s been a while and you still don’t see a confirmation email for your parking pass, then submit a support request and we will assist.


Information that is helpful when you reach out to us: 

  1. Ticketmaster Order Number (Usually in this format: 12-34567/ABC) 

  2. Email address

  3. The event the pass was for and the venue where the event is 

  4. Amount of the pass

  5. The location address that you booked 

  6. The date that you purchased the pass 

  7. Screenshot of charge/receipt from Ticketmaster (Optional)


If we are unable to find a parking pass with the information provided, then you will have to reach out to Ticketmaster for a refund as they may have charged you, but not forwarded the request to our system. It is best to speak with a supervisor there and explain what happened.
