When you purchase a parking pass through Ticketmaster as an add-on to your event tickets, you should get an email to the email address you provided when checking out. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders because sometimes they might go there.
If it’s been a while and you still don’t see a confirmation email for your parking pass, then submit a support request for some help.
Information that is helpful:
Ticketmaster Order Number (Usually in this format: 12-34567/ABC)
Email address
The event the pass was for and the venue where the event is
Amount of the pass
The location address that you booked
The date that you purchased the pass

If we are unable to find a parking pass with the information provided, then you will have to reach out to Ticketmaster for a refund. It is best to speak with a supervisor there and explain what happened.
You can also book a new pass directly through ParkWhiz by searching for the venue and clicking on the event. This will show you what we still have available for parking.
