The app currently supports phone verification for +1 numbers only (United States and Canada). Numbers from other countries aren't supported at this time.
Each phone number can only be verified on one account.
If you've already used your number on another account, you'll see an error when trying to verify it again. Contact support if you need help accessing the original account.
What can I do instead?
If you're unable to verify your number, you can still:
- Use guest checkout
- Complete your purchase on our website
Still not working with a +1 number?
Make sure your number is entered correctly (e.g., +1XXXXXXXXXX)
Check if the number was already used on another account
Double-check for typos or spacing issues
