Where can I find my receipt?

Most receipts for both upcoming and past bookings can be accessed by signing into your ParkWhiz account, either on the web or through the app. 

Web/Desktop:

Once logged in, under the "My Parking" section you can scroll down to the Parking History/Where You've Been section, click on the line item of your choice to expand the details, then click "View Receipt" towards the right-hand side.


App:

Tap “My Parking” to view your current and past bookings. Select the booking you need, tap the three dots in the top-right corner, then choose “View Receipt” from the dropdown menu.



It's worth noting, we offer sync with Expensify! This will pull all past bookings as soon as you link your Expensify account. To set this up, you'll need to first set up a Business Profile within your Payment MethodsFor more information on how to do that, please visit this FAQ article.

Note: Receipts for monthly bookings are only available through web/desktop. Additionally, some receipts for certain on-demand sessions are only available in-app.
