How do I change my email or phone number?

Managing your account information is easy and can be done on a mobile or desktop device. You can also manage your payment methods and saved license plates anytime, at your convenience.

On a desktop or laptop:

• Go to www.parkwhiz.com.
• If you're not signed in, click Sign In at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Enter your email address and password to sign in.
• Once logged in, hover your mouse over your email address at the top right-hand corner, and then click Account Settings from the drop-down menu or click here to go directly to that page.
• Simply edit your information and hit the green Update button to save the changes.

On a mobile browser (Safari, Google Chrome, etc.):

• Go to www.parkwhiz.com.
• Hit the hamburger menu at the top left-hand corner of the screen and sign in using your email and password.
• Once logged in, click Account Settings.
• From there, you can edit your information and hit the green Update button to confirm the changes.

Using our App:

• Open the ParkWhiz app.
• Log in using your email and password.
• Tap Account at the bottom of the screen.
• Under Account Settings, click Account Overview.
• Edit your information (name, email, phone number, etc.).
• Hit Save Changes once done.
