I'm getting an error that "My mobile number is in use"

If you’re not receiving verification messages, it’s likely that your carrier is blocking short code SMS. Give your provider a call to make sure that short code SMS is enabled for your mobile account. You won’t be able to use a Park-Then-Pay facility through ParkWhiz until your mobile number is successfully verified.


If you're trying to sign up for a new ParkWhiz account and finding that your mobile number is already registered, it's possible that another account incorrectly has your information associated with it.

If you don't believe that you currently have a ParkWhiz account, please send a message to help@parkwhiz.com with your information so that we may look into it. We typically respond within an hour during normal operating hours.
