You can stop an Express Pay session at any time — as long as the option is available. In some cases, this option may not appear if the session isn’t eligible to be ended manually due to the status or location.
If you choose to cancel the session:
The payment authorization through ParkWhiz will also be canceled.
You’ll need to pay for the session directly at the location using another method.
Stopping a session is especially helpful if:
You prefer to pay in person
You’re parking at a hotel or valet location
Once canceled, the session will no longer be billed through ParkWhiz and you’ll need to pay for the session directly on-site.
How to Cancel
To cancel:
Open the Express Pay session
Click “Help with my parking visit”
Click “Cancel session”
Confirm cancelation by clicking “Yes, cancel my session”
