How to use Account Credit

If you're one of the lucky few with account credit, apply it seamlessly by first ensuring you're logged in to ParkWhiz under the same account to which the credit was issued. Any time you receive credit, you should expect a confirmation email from us. Once logged in, simply search for parking near your destination, and you'll see the credit deduct automatically at checkout.

At this time, the checkout screen is the only area where you'll notice any account credit.
