Troubleshooting the App

Parking has never been easier to find and book than with the ParkWhiz app! Available for iPhone and Android.


If you ever feel that you're running into a glitch with our apps or something has gone awry:

  1. Ensure that you have a strong data or Wi-Fi connection. You can also try closing and reopening other internet-based apps to help rule out connectivity issues.
  2. Force quit the app, then reopen it.
  3. In some cases, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app.
  4. Restart your device. Most smartphones should ideally be restarted once a week to help clear cached data.


If you’re in a pinch and don’t have time to try the steps above, you can simply log in to your account through your mobile web browser (such as Safari or Chrome) to access your current passes or book parking.
