I never received a confirmation email.

First, check your ParkWhiz account to make sure the booking went through. Once in your account, you can view your pass, and will also be able to see if there was a bounce on your email address for some reason.
 

You might also want to check your spam or promotions folder, as certain email servers will route the automated confirmation email with your pass there.
