I bought a Parking Pass from another site

We sell parking through a number of reputable partners, such as Groupon, Ticketmaster, and GasBuddy (among many more). However, ParkWhiz does not allow the resale of Parking Passes on third party sites by individuals - these individuals are known as resellers. Parking passes purchased through sites like VividSeats and SeatGeek are likely resold to you, at an enormously inflated rate over the actual value. ParkWhiz Terms of Service are null and void for any passes purchased through a reselling site, and in case you experience an issue with your pass, you’ll need to reach out directly to the service through which you transacted to seek a refund/reimbursement, as ParkWhiz is not liable for these sales.
