The location was full when I arrived

Please check all available signage and confirm via your parking pass that you are in the correct parking location. Also, should there be an attendant on-site, alert them that your have a parking reservation. Even if the location appears full there are still spaces held for online reservations.

In the unlikely event that there are no spaces available, you are entitled to a full refund of your parking pass with proper documentation. Please contact our Support team via email at within 14 days of the end of your reservation, noting the time and date you attempted to park but could not. For faster reconciliation, please include your parking pass number and the receipt from the location of where you ended up parking. This information is required to gain a refund.  We will address the issue as soon as possible!
