The event time on my pass is wrong

On occasion, you may find that the time frame on your Parking Pass doesn’t match the time of an event you are going to. This can happen when an event is adjusted to an earlier or later time than originally scheduled. We have a team specially dedicated to setting up and tracking events, but sometimes a change can slip beneath our radar. 

To make sure the times on your pass reflect the relevant parking window for your event, send an email to us at to let us know about the error and we’ll make sure it gets updated right away! Once we’ve updated the event, your Parking Pass on the website or app will automatically update to reflect the correct time. (In case you’ve printed your pass, you’ll want to access it again from your account and re-print. Or better yet, check that your pass is mobile-friendly and save the trees altogether)
