When will my credit card be charged?

Reservations

You’ll be charged at the time of booking, no matter when your actual parking date is. Charges will appear on your statement as “ParkWhiz LLC” if the reservation was made directly through ParkWhiz.

If you book in advance, you can cancel up until the start time on your pass for a full refund unless otherwise noted.

Park-Then-Pay

If you're using a Park-Then-Pay location, your card will be charged when your session ends.

Refund Timing

• ParkWhiz Purchases
  Refunds for purchases made directly through ParkWhiz may take up to 5 business days to process.

• Partner Site Purchases
  If you booked through a partner like Groupon or Ticketmaster, refunds can take up to 10 business days. Since ParkWhiz is not always the merchant of record for these bookings, please reach out to the partner’s support team directly for help with those charges.

Want to confirm if you booked through a partner? Check your confirmation email. If it lists a third-party like Ticketmaster or Groupon, they’re the right point of contact for billing or refund concerns.
