Activating a Charging Session
When you are ready to start your session, simply press Activate Charger on your phone. Once you receive confirmation that you have activated the charger on your phone, you can connect the charger to your vehicle and follow the directions on the charging station screen. Congratulations, your charging session has started! Your charging session will automatically end once you return the port to the station.
Once your charging session is complete your credit card on file will be charged. You will also receive a confirmation SMS message that includes:
- Energy consumption
- Total amount paid
- Charging location
- Payment method
- Ticket ID
If you are having trouble completing your payment, verify the payment information you entered is correct. Make sure the first and last name entered matches the name that is on your card exactly. Also confirm that card number, expiration date, and CVV (that 3-digit number on the back, or 4-digit number on the front for AMEX) are all accurate. Finally, confirm that the postal code entered is the same as the billing address of your credit card.
