How to Update Payment Method

Updating your account information is quick and easy, whether you're using a mobile device or a desktop computer. You can manage your payment methods anytime, at your convenience.


On a desktop or laptop:

  • Go to www.parkwhiz.com.
  • If you're not signed in, click Sign In at the top right-hand corner of the screen and enter your email and password to sign in.
  • Once logged in, hover your mouse over your email address at the top right-hand corner, then click Payment Methods from the drop-down menu, or click here to go directly to that page.
  • Simply edit your information and hit the green Update button to save the changes.


Using our App:

  • Open the ParkWhiz app and log in using your email and password.
  • Tap Account at the bottom of the screen.
  • Under Account Settings, choose Payment Methods.
  • Edit your information and hit Save to confirm the changes.
    • You can also delete a card by clicking Edit next to the card you want to delete, the hit Delete.
    • To add a new card, simply click the appropriate payment method option (credit/debit card, commuter benefits, etc.) and enter the payment information. Hit Save once done.


For Canadian Users:

  • If prompted for your ZIP code, just enter the three digits of your postal code plus two zeros. 
  • For example, if your postal code is A2B 3C4, the 5-digit number you should enter is 23400. 
  • Contact your card issuer if you have any questions.
