Early Bird is a cheaper rate, but requires that you arrive by a specific time. Unfortunately, there is no forgiveness for arriving after that cutoff (typically 9 or 10am).
If you don't think that you can arrive by the cutoff time, it's best to book the regular rate to give yourself some flexibility!
