"We did not find your monthly account" error message

If you received this error message, make sure that you are validating using the mobile phone of the phone number you entered at the time of registration. Validation will only work using the device that holds the phone number you registered with. 


If you are still having trouble, please contact the parking facility directly to confirm your monthly parking.
