Double-check the details of your reserved facility on your pass, under “Know Before You Go”/”Need To Know”. Known limited operating hours will be noted on your pass in any case where the facility may lock up or be unattended if it is a valet location.
If you find the facility to be closed at a time that conflicts with the information on your pass and you haven't yet parked at an alternative location, please contact us at help@parkwhiz.com with a description of the issue and your parking pass number. We will respond as soon as possible.
If you're contacting us after you've already found alternative parking, however, please go to go.parkwhiz.com/refund and fill out the form within 14 days of the end of your reservation.
