Double-check the details of your reserved facility on your pass, under “Know Before You Go”/”Need To Know”. Known limited operating hours will be noted on your pass in any case where the facility may lock up or be unattended if it is a valet location.
If you find the facility to be closed at a time that conflicts with the information on your pass, please contact our Support Team immediately through our app (scroll to the bottom of any pass for the “Help” section or open the “More” tab). Outside of 6a-11p CST you may email us with a description of the issue and your parking pass number. We will respond as soon as possible.
