Make sure that you have a valid credit card number on file and verified your phone number in app. You'll also need to be within 10 feet from the gate with your bluetooth setting turned on in your phone. If you're still having trouble, pull a ticket to enter. To exit, press the "help" or "intercom" button at the exit gate to have remote attendant open gate.
