We do our best to stay up-to-date on known road closures for special events, but things get tricky when roads close earlier than planned or without notice. Since road closures are often orchestrated by local municipalities, online information may be lacking - in which case we may be unable to forewarn you of these delays.
If you had to find alternate parking and would like to request a refund of your original booking, please go to go.parkwhiz.com/refund and fill out the form within 14 days of the end of your reservation. Please provide photo evidence of road closures if at all possible, receipts from where you ended up parking, and as many details as you can provide, such as time of day, closed street names, etc.
