Can I leave and re-enter the garage with my pass?

More often than not, the answer is no.

You can easily see if a location allows re-entry by viewing the amenities before booking. If you don't see "Re-Entry" listed as an amenity for the location, then you aren't allowed to leave and come back with the same parking pass.

If you need to search specifically for locations that allow re-entry, you can do so by using our iPhone or Android app and utilizing the filters feature. If the re-entry filter is selected, you will only be shown locations in that area (if any) that allow you to leave and re-enter the location with the same pass.

Please note that there are no locations in New York City that allow re-entry.
