If you are approved for a refund after contacting our Support team via either go.parkwhiz.com/refund or help@parkwhiz.com you can expect to receive your funds within 3-5 days depending on your bank.
If you have canceled a pass before the start date, refunds normally appear on statements a day after a pass is canceled but can take up to 5 business days.
Please note that purchases made via PayPal more than 180 days in the past may be subject to longer refund processing times.
