Nope! If you don't have the app, you can still access your mobile pass two different ways: If you have email on your phone, you can open up your ParkWhiz confirmation email and click "view your parking pass" to bring up your mobile pass. You can also sign into your account using your mobile browser to access any upcoming mobile pass.
