You can adjust your license plate by viewing your pass and clicking "Edit License" at the top. If you plan to print your pass, be sure to print the pass after that change so your pass reflects the updated information.
This field can be edited any time before you begin parking, so if you plan to drive a rental car, simply wait till you pick up the car and either change your license plate through the app, or text ParkWhiz support for assistance.
If you do not accurately save your license info to your pass before parking, you will be at risk of being ticketed, booted, or towed.
If you've purchased a pass through StubHub and are unable to adjust the license plate information, text ParkWhiz support for immediate assistance.
