You can with the ParkWhiz app! The ParkWhiz app caches any pass that's been viewed while online to your phone. This way you can view them offline, at your convenience, regardless of cell service / data / wifi signal.
Alternatively, you can add passes to your virtual Wallet, or take a screenshot. If you're taking a screenshot, be sure to scroll down to the driving directions and validation section, so that you never lose your way!
