How do I cancel my booking?

You're welcome to cancel your pass for a full refund up until the arrival time listed on the pass. To cancel, go to, find the booking under "Parking Passes", and follow the prompts. Once you have successfully canceled a booking, you will receive an email confirmation.

You can also do this using the "cancel your reservation" link at the bottom of your parking pass.

For example, if your parking pass starts at 8:00am, you have until 7:59am to cancel your pass.
Once the pass begins, 
all bookings are non-refundable.

  • Parking passes purchased on a partner website (Groupon, Ticketmaster, Ford, etc) are subject to the terms of that merchant.
  • Parking passes purchased as part of a Parking Package are non-refundable from the time of purchase, regardless of start time on the pass. More info on Parking Packages can be found here.
