How do I access my pass on the app?

Once you open the app...
  1. On the Home screen, you'll see "My Passes" just under the search bar. Tap on the ticket icon to view upcoming and past bookings.
  2. From the menu at the top, select "Parking Passes".

Either way, you'll need to be logged in to the app (using the email used when the purchase was made) to view passes. If you never set up a password or simply need to reset it, click here, then click "forgot password".
