When will I get my refund?

Refunds normally appear on statements about a day after passes are canceled, but can take up to three-to-five business days.

Sometimes passes that are canceled shortly after purchase result in a "voided transaction," meaning the charge was canceled before it had a chance to process. When this happens, the purchase just disappears from your statement, meaning you will not see a corresponding refund. So if you can't find a refund on your statement for a canceled pass after three-to-five days, the purchase was likely just voided and will no longer appear.
