What if I'm unable to use my pass?

All ParkWhiz passes become nonrefundable after the arrival time listed on the pass, even if you were unable to use your parking pass. However, if there were unforeseen circumstances at the location that kept you from parking we'll make sure you're taken care of appropriately. Just reach out to our customer service team to let us know what happened at or (888) 472-7594.
